Reviews and Ratings
My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel offered spacious and well-decorated rooms, but they tended to be a little dark later in the day and didn't quite match the advertised appearance. The service had its ups and downs: a rocky start with one receptionist but eventually friendly assistance at check-in. The location couldn't have been better for me to attend a concert at the Golden 1 Center and explore nearby restaurants, although the presence of many homeless individuals made me feel a bit uneasy. Dining was satisfactory but nothing exceptional, with room for improvement in the food selections.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a view of a blossoming cherry tree, but noise from traffic and ventilation systems can be disruptive. The service, though a bit shaky at first, ultimately proves to be accommodating and excellent. The location is convenient for access to a variety of activities but comes with some drawbacks like a dodgy atmosphere and cold settings. Overall, the facilities are adequate, providing a satisfactory stay but lacking some finer touches.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, though with a few minor issues, were amazing and offered a cozy atmosphere. The historical theme of the building could be more pronounced, and the bathroom might benefit from an update.
